Who we are

SwipeRight Lab ("we", "us") publishes digital playbooks for online dating skills. This site is operated from India.

What we collect

When you buy a guide we collect the name, email address and payment confirmation passed to us by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not see or store your card or UPI details. Those are handled entirely by the payment processor.

We also collect basic analytics through Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel and standard web logs (page views, device type, country, click and scroll behaviour, and session recordings). This helps us measure ad performance and improve the site. None of these tools receive your card or UPI details.

How we use it

• To deliver the guide you purchased and provide your download.
• To respond to support and refund requests.
• To measure which of our ads bring customers, and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• To send occasional follow-up emails about your purchase or new products you might find useful. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the tools that help us run this business: Razorpay (payment processing), Meta (ad measurement), Google (analytics), Microsoft (Clarity session recordings and heatmaps), Mixpanel (product analytics) and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your data to third parties.
